one thing i learned this week from oprah is that trust your instincts. hmm... if one day you came up with this feeling that says "uh oh, there's something wrong here." oprah says trust that feeling because if you do not act on it, everything will be too late.

siyempre, the context behind this statement is that when you see your child with a grown man and your instinct tells you that there is something wrong. follow it.
